Was zur Hölle ist mit Fantasy passiert? Ich hab gestern versucht mir ein Hörbuch für neben bei zu suchen und weil ich da Lust auf ein spezielleres Fantasy sub-genre hatte, habe ich mich halt mal durch Audible geklickt. Also ich hab das meme mit dem komischen Dark romance Trend und das da grade ordentlich der Bär steppt und die ganzen Teenager Mädels und Frauen in ihren 30er-40ern jetzt auf sowas stehen, schon mitbekommen, aber ich war mir der Tragweite nicht bewusst: Fast jedes neuere Hörbuch Buch, was einem in dem Genre entgegen kommt wirkt nach kurzer Recherche wie ein Porno Skript mit ganz dünner Rahmenhandlung die eigentlich nur als Plattform für Unmengen an Fetisch gedöns und Sex Szenen dient. Das kann doch nicht die Meta sein!? Ich hab dann mal in eins dieser "Fantasy" Bücher rein gehört, weil es als Hörprobe verfügbar war und junge Junge, das war ja was: Erstmal, wer schreibt so einen Roman aus der Ego Perspektive? Jedes dritte Wort ist "Ich". Schreibstil allgemein unter aller Sau, gab es da keinen Lektor? Zweitens sind alle Figuren entweder Abziehbilder die man tausend mal gesehen hat oder in ihren Eigenschaften völlig inkonsequent, weil eh egal. Story und World Building sind natürlich auch komplett generisch bis hin zu so wischi, waschi. Bei Fabelwesen und co. wird sich bei bereits bestehendem bedient, eine wirklich sinnige Tiefere lore wird immer mal angedeutet, in Wahrheit ist es aber einfach auch nur ein geklautes Konzept, dass es schon 100 mal gab, komplett ohne Tiefe oder eigene Ideen. Dann das anstrengendste: Die Hauptfigur kommuniziert ihre Motivation einfach nicht, was bei einem Ich-Erzähler so wirkt als hätte sie keine, die lässt sich einfach treiben und hält dabei konstant Monologe darüber, wie selbst bestimmt und eigensinnig sie doch ist. Irgendwann kann sie auch super kämpfen oder so, wird aber dennoch nie in der Welt aktiv, es passieren ihr immer nur Dinge, sie behauptet zwar aktiv zu handeln, tut sie aber einfach nicht. Die einzig andere relevante Figur ist natürlich der love interest aber der ist so ein Cliche das ich ehrlich gesagt vergessen habe, welche typischen Eigenschaften seines Stereotyps er eigentlich nicht hat. Die Hauptfigur ist natürlich auch die Auserwählte oder so, aber das ist garnicht mal so wichtig. Ich weis ich habe mich jetzt sehr auf ein Buch eingeschossen aber die klingen ja alle so wenn man mal in die Zusammenfassungen guckt. Wollt ihr vielleicht nicht meine Hörbuch App zu eurem Pornhub machen? Habe früher einige meiner Lieblings Buchreihen so gefunden und jetzt ist das alles ein Meer aus Smut-Murks!

Ban Porn on Social Media I see many folks targeting platforms like OnlyFans and Pornhub. Even small steps like requiring ID to access helps significantly! The biggest thing is It helps prevent young minds from being traumatized. However, I would like to see owners and admins crack down on Porn on Social Media. Social Media is festered with porn and porn a graphic content. Given Reddit and Xs chaotic algorithm, there's essentially nothing preventing young folks from accidentally being exposed to it in their feed. I understand Parental Responsibility. I also understand how difficult it is to constantly moderate internet usage. However, the people running social media platforms must be willing work with parents and guardians in preventing this. For the sake of young men and women, we can't let something so perverted remain so pervasive.

Ich hab gestern versucht mir ein Hörbuch für neben bei zu suchen und weil ich da Lust auf ein spezielleres Fantasy sub-genre hatte, habe ich mich halt mal durch Audible geklickt. Also ich hab das meme mit dem komischen Dark romance Trend und das da grade ordentlich der Bär steppt und die ganzen Teenager Mädels und Frauen in ihren 30er-40ern jetzt auf sowas stehen, schon mitbekommen, aber ich war mir der Tragweite nicht bewusst: Fast jedes neuere Hörbuch Buch, was einem in dem Genre entgegen kommt wirkt nach kurzer Recherche wie ein Porno Skript mit ganz dünner Rahmenhandlung die eigentlich nur als Plattform für Unmengen an Fetisch gedöns und Sex Szenen dient. Das kann doch nicht die Meta sein!? Ich hab dann mal in eins dieser "Fantasy" Bücher rein gehört, weil es als Hörprobe verfügbar war und junge Junge, das war ja was: Erstmal, wer schreibt so einen Roman aus der Ego Perspektive? Jedes dritte Wort ist "Ich". Schreibstil allgemein unter aller Sau, gab es da keinen Lektor? Zweitens sind alle Figuren entweder Abziehbilder die man tausend mal gesehen hat oder in ihren Eigenschaften völlig inkonsequent, weil eh egal. Story und World Building sind natürlich auch komplett generisch bis hin zu so wischi, waschi. Bei Fabelwesen und co. wird sich bei bereits bestehendem bedient, eine wirklich sinnige Tiefere lore wird immer mal angedeutet, in Wahrheit ist es aber einfach auch nur ein geklautes Konzept, dass es schon 100 mal gab, komplett ohne Tiefe oder eigene Ideen. Dann das anstrengendste: Die Hauptfigur kommuniziert ihre Motivation einfach nicht, was bei einem Ich-Erzähler so wirkt als hätte sie keine, die lässt sich einfach treiben und hält dabei konstant Monologe darüber, wie selbst bestimmt und eigensinnig sie doch ist. Irgendwann kann sie auch super kämpfen oder so, wird aber dennoch nie in der Welt aktiv, es passieren ihr immer nur Dinge, sie behauptet zwar aktiv zu handeln, tut sie aber einfach nicht.
